Niagara Falls Police narcotics detectives had been investigating a man suspected of selling crack cocaine out of his car and busted him, four passengers, and another person who was walking up allegedly to buy the drug as detectives rolled up, just before 5 p.m. Monday in the 3200 block of Highland Avenue.
