Award winning country group, Eli Young Band to perform at Seneca Resorts & Casinos

With three No. 1 hits under their belt, as well as a Grammy nomination and an Academy of Country Music Award for Song of the Year for their hit “Crazy Girl,” Eli Young Band will bring sheer star power to Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino in February. Later that same month, country music legends Lee Greenwood with Crystal Gayle will combine for a night of classic country hits. At Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino, Sinatra sings Sinatra for a special Valentine’s Day performance, as Frank Sinatra, Jr. pays homage to his father, the singer and the music that defined the Sinatra legend. The excitement continues when one of the best-selling bands of all time, Foreigner, brings its remarkable list of instantly recognizable Top 40 hits to the Seneca Niagara Events Center, while the intimate Bear’s Den Showroom will shine with Canadian artists, Big Sugar and Honeymoon Suite, a performance by soul and funk group Average White Band, and a Rock ‘n’ Roll Party with Bowzer!

American Country Music award winner Eli Young Band will light up the Seneca Allegany Events Center on Saturday, February 14 at 7 p.m. Ticket prices start at $20. The band has charted eight times on the Billboard country charts, with three of their singles having reached Number One: “Crazy Girl”, which was the top country song of 2011 according to the Billboard Year-End charts, along with “Even If It Breaks Your Heart” and “Drunk Last Night.” The band’s second studio album, 10,000 Towns, debuted at Number One on Billboard’s Top Country Albums Chart and the album’s second single, “Dust”, was released to country radio earlier this year. The band was also nominated for Vocal Group of the Year in the 2014 ACM Awards.

The legendary Sinatra mystique will be on full display when Frank Sinatra, Jr. takes the stage of the Seneca Niagara Events Center on Saturday, February 14 at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $20. An iconic performer, Frank Jr. is the son of legendary musician and actor Frank Sinatra, Sr., whose voice and music defined entertainment for generations. The concert will feature songs that Frank Sinatra included in over 40 years of performances in Las Vegas and around the world, many of which the younger Sinatra witnessed first-hand, including such classics as “I’ve Got You Under My Skin,” “One For My Baby,” “New York, New York,” “Luck Be A Lady,” and “Strangers In The Night.”

Foreigner, one of the best-selling bands of all time, brings its classic songs to the Seneca Niagara Events Center stage Saturday, February 21 at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $20. The remarkable number of instantly recognizable Top 40 hits, including  “Feels Like the First Time,” “Cold As Ice,” “Hot Blooded,” “Dirty White Boy,” “Waiting For A Girl Like You,” “Urgent” and “Say You Will,” is truly impressive and a reminder of why Foreigner has sold so many records across multiple decades.

Two of country music’s true legends, Lee Greenwood with Crystal Gayle, will bring their classics together in one show at the Seneca Allegany Events Center on Saturday, February 28 at 7 p.m. Tickets start at $20. Greenwood’s song, “God Bless the USA,” has been voted the most recognizable patriotic song in America. He has won numerous industry accolades including, ACM’s Male Vocalist of the year, two CMA Male Vocalist of the Year awards, and a Grammy for Top Male Vocal Performance. In a career that produced 20 Number One country hits, Gayle has soared to industry heights and earned multiple awards and honors. With her fourth album, 1977’s We Must Believe In Magic, she became the first female artist in country music history to achieve platinum album sales. The driving force of that album was the song that was to become her enduring signature song, the Grammy Award-winning single, “Don’t It Make My Brown Eyes Blue.”

The Acoustical Sounds of Big Sugar is perfectly slated for the up-close-and-personal experience fans can only get in the Bear’s Den Showroom on Friday, February 6 at 8 p.m.  Tickets start at $25. The band’s current album, Yard Style, highlights their unique blues, reggae rock sound in an acoustic format. With a wide-ranging musical reach, Big Sugar will bring its audience on a journey that is not to be missed.

Average White Band, widely regarded as one of the best soul and funk bands in the history of music, will bring their show to the stage in the Bear’s Den on Friday, February 13 at 8 p.m. Tickets start at just $25. Though perhaps best known for their timeless instrumental mega-hit “Pick Up the Pieces,” the band has influenced the sound of many top-selling artists, garnering several gold selling albums and multiple Grammy nominations.

Canadian rockers Honeymoon Suite will raise the energy in the Bear’s Den on Friday, February 20 at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $25. Formed in Niagara Falls, the band’s name was a nod to the fact that Niagara Falls is the unofficial honeymoon capital of the world. The band’s self-titled debut album, released in 1984, featured four charting hits in Canada: “New Girl Now,” which was their first single to reach the top-50 in the United States, “Burning In Love,” “Wave Babies,” and “Stay In the Light.”

Bowzer’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Party rolls into the Bear’s Den on Saturday, February 28 at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $25. Jon “Bowzer” Bauman is the world’s most famous greaser. This legendary artist tours around the world delighting fans both young and old with his trademark bicep flex and classic song stylings. Bowzer’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Party is the most fun way to revisit the music and the classic era of the 50’s and early 60’s. As the leader of “Sha Na Na,” Bowzer was seen in millions of households every week on Sha Na Na’s number one syndicated TV series, and he still brings the same energy to the stage as the host and star of his show, strutting and flexing his puny biceps and belting out his basso profundo.
