Area organizations still seeking food donations, volunteers heading into Thanksgiving

Residents living in the Niagara Falls area have plenty of opportunities to donate supplies or their time in support of upcoming Thanksgiving and holiday activities designed to help those in need.

With a less than a week left before Thanksgiving, several local organizations are still seeking donated turkeys, hams and other food items, gently used cold weather clothing for children and adults as well as monetary donations to assist in operations…
