The Niagara Falls City Council is ready to take the next step in its efforts to codify a single city charter.

Council members received a package of recommendations from Robert Restaino, the attorney hired by the council to review the set of documents now referred to as the charter, with a few council members sitting down with the lawyer last week to go over his findings…
