A decades-in-the-making project that will open up 2 miles of the Niagara Gorge to scenic overlooks, trails and greenspace is moving along as officials weigh early ideas for its design.

Planning continues to remove a stretch of the north section of the Robert Moses Parkway in Niagara Falls, from Main Street to Findlay Drive, as officials and consultants are engaged in an environmental review and are testing some ideas with the public…
