A newly constructed traffic circle at John Daly Boulevard and the Robert Moses Parkway opened Thursday, one day ahead of schedule, along with the eastbound lanes of the parkway heading out of downtown towards the Grand Island bridges.
The opening means the traffic detour onto Buffalo Avenue in place since November has been discontinued…
