Senator says funds will help procure emergency management hub

State Sen. Rob Ortt today announced $500,000 in state funding to establish an emergency management hub at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station. Ortt secured the funds in the 2015-16 state budget (Empire State Development Corp., Aid to Localities, S. 2003-C) to help base retention efforts for NFARS.

The mayor’s office reports city crews are closing out the first round of paving assignments for the 2015 season.
