William Huntress has bowed out of a contract with the state to renovate three Fort Niagara State Park buildings into upscale lodging
Five years after unveiling a proposal to spend $15 million to $20 million to turn three dilapidated, historic structures in Fort Niagara State Park into an upscale inn, an Amherst developer has withdrawn his plans.
The state is expected to start shopping for new developers later this year…
