Buffalo Claims Association Hosts Annual Education Day on Oct. 15
The Buffalo Claims Association (BCA) will host its annual Education Day at The Conference & Event Center Niagara Falls, on Oct. 15, 2015, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This year’s event will attract approximately 175 guests.
The BCA has been serving insurance claims and risk management professionals since 1939, with emphasis on lifelong learning, networking and community service.
“The laws, rules and regulations regarding insurance claims change all the time,” said Gian Giandomenico, president of the Buffalo Claims Association. “Education Day is planned to help claims adjusters, attorneys, nurse case managers, private investigators, vocations counselors and a myriad of vendors who support them to develop their skills and knowledge, while allowing our members to network and market their services.”
Education Day will feature Niagara Falls Mayor Paul Dyster as its keynote speaker. Notable topics of discussion throughout the day will address workers compensation, no-fault and general liability claims, property claims, and an all-day session, which will offer continuing education credits.
Pre-registration is available at www.buffaloclaims.com for $50 per person. Registration will be $60 after Oct. 1 and at the door. A portion of the proceeds benefits the BSA’s 2015 chosen charity, Youth Mentoring Services of Niagara County (www.youthmentoringservicesniagara.org).
