Local author Sandy Barton’s new children’s book “The Tree” now available

About the Author

Thirty years of teaching in an elementary school has logged author Sandy Barton a hefty amount of time reading to students. She knows her audience! That daily read-aloud experience was her favorite time of the day, so it naturally led to her desire to write books of her own to share with kids and adults everywhere. The Tree is Sandy’s newest published book. It joins her two easy chapter books about the leprechauns in her backyard, Discovery in the Woods and Room For One More. Sandy also co-wrote an adult memoir with her dear friend Anthony Chandor, titled Abjectedly Yours. Stay tuned … there are more to come!
