A 7-year-old Niagara Falls boy was struck by a 22-year-old man illegally riding an off-road bike at about 3:20 p.m. Friday on Ferry Avenue, according to Niagara Falls Police.
The boy, who attends Harry F. Abate Elementary School, had just gotten off a school bus, which had stopped and had its red lights flashing in the 2500 block of Ferry.
