City of Niagara Falls residents with a vehicle registered to their home address are invited to purchase a Resident Parking Permit that allows one-price parking May 1st-September 30thvalid in the three City-owned surface lots (Third St. and Niagara St. lot, 256 Third St. lot, First St. and Rainbow Blvd. lot) and the City-owned parking ramp (356 N. Rainbow Blvd). The Resident Parking Permits/applications are available at the City-owned parking ramp.
Resident Parking Permits may only be utilized after 5:00pm Monday through Thursday and are allowed all day Friday, Saturday, or Sunday as well as on holidays from May 1st to September 30th each year. It’s a perfect opportunity for residents to enjoy the festivals, activities, businesses, and attractions for one parking price!
Permits are $25 for the first vehicle and, $15 each per second, third, and fourth passenger vehicle for the same address, plus a $10 card deposit for each. Resident Parking Permits are valid one year from the date of purchase. Parking based on availability. Restrictions may apply. Cash only.

I think that permit is carzy why would I like to park after 5pm it should be free to residents of Niagara falls not 25 dollars.
