The chief aide to state Assemblyman John Ceretto, the state official whose inter-office emails were recently leaked to multiple media outlets, said final figures from last year show an equitable distribution of taxpayer funds to Niagara County institutions regardless of the political affiliation of their elected officials, or the leaders’ relationship with Ceretto.
