Community Missions to Hold Antiques & Fine Arts Auction – Annual event benefits Crisis Services

Community Missions, Inc. will hold an Antiques and Fine Arts Auction at the Presbyterian Church in Youngstown on November 13, 2016.  There will be a 12:15 pm viewing of auction items as well as a sampling of hors d’oeuvres including a roast turkey.  The auction will begin at 1:00 pm.

In addition to the auction, there will be a flea market with designer purses at $5 (Coach, Gucci, Liz Clairbourne, etc.), a jewelry table, and several tables of flea market items.

Over 150 items are up for auction, including oriental rugs, antique furniture, paintings, jewelry, porcelain, crystal, sports items, toys, art glass, clocks, and antique hats, items also up for bid include African masks, quilts, tea sets, U.S. Army uniforms, and Beatles and Elvis memorabilia.

Event chairs include Carol Rogers, Michael Ryan, Ginger McNally, Mary Maj, Lynda Ram, Mark Lynch and Tom Korn.  Proceeds from the event will directly benefit the Missions’ Crisis Services Programs, which include the community soup kitchen, food pantry, clothing closet, and Marks Place, a home for people living with HIV/AIDS.
