Charles Walker weighing plea deal for election law violations

Councilman Charles Walker has been offered a plea deal for election law charges filed against him by the state Office of the Attorney General.

As part of that deal, Walker would plead guilty to a “disorderly conduct violation,” pay a $250 fine and file the two missing documents in his recent campaign disclosures, the records which indicate who is funding a political candidate and where they are spending the cash…
