In preparation for blizzard-like conditions Tuesday, Governor Andrew Cuomo on Monday declared a state of emergency for all 62 New York counties.
A statement from Cuomo’s office said, “With heavy snow and dangerous conditions expected statewide, we are taking every precaution to keep New Yorkers safe.”
