Lost luggage prompts bomb scare at Falls restaurant

Falls Police and New York State Park Police say they investigated what turned out to be a lost piece of luggage in the parking lot of a Niagara Falls Boulevard restaurant.

Officers were called to the 6500 block of the boulevard early Wednesday evening after a concerned citizen spotted a piece of luggage sitting in the parking lot with no one near it.
