Suspect in Falls bank hold-up sought

Falls police detectives are searching for this suspect in the robbery of the Key Bank branch in the 800 block of Main Street on Tuesday. Investigators said the suspect entered the bank at approximately 3:40 p.m. and handed a note to a teller.

Senator proposes keeping majority of casino cash in the Falls

The state law governing the distribution of casino cash will expire this year and spur renegotiations between Albany, the city of Niagara Falls and certain agencies — including the local school district, hospital, transport authority and tourism center — over how much cash they will pocket under the new agreement.
