I think we need all the new businesses that can provide dining and entertainment downtown as possible, but does every new restaurant have to be Indian Cuisine? This isn’t a prejudice, just a matter of supply and demand. We have no real choices for Mexican, or Asian cuisine and the pizzerias are charging almost twice the price of restaurants elsewhere for standard (I’m not saying sub-satandard) fare. How about some variety? And why is it that Wine on Third can block a public sidewalk the way they do? Regardless of what kind of business you’re doing, public safety and standardized practices should be top priorities, right?
