Perhaps a report regarding the developer, his “rise” and “fall” would be appropriate. Its not everyday someone walks in the building department and provides sketches of an elite development with indoor pools & 10,000 sq foot homes. Pretty exciting , eh? Except as usual this never occured, due to Zetes poor marketing, and enemy making skills this “promised land” has turned into a danger zone for residents. Every family that purchased into this “wonderland” has suffered both mentally & physically due to the stress put on them by this unscrupulous builder. Exotortion, harrasment , the list goes on and on.
Isn’t it funny how all the comments supporting Jim Zetes are anonymous. By the way, my Dad was one of the swindled by Zete’s in the “Olympic Coin” debacle. Leopards don’t change their spots.
This is no suprise.As a local resident who has been personally subjected to extortion tactics by Jim Zetes , along with physical harm & threats by his workers, we are waiting for the day he truly “snaps”. Every family he has dealt with in our subdivision has had problems. From trying to force ILLEGAL deed restrictions on the residents to major code violations it happens with this “developer”, Last I checked a “developer” doesn’t crawl on the ground with a nail gun in the freezing cold by himself.

Several months ago a police report was filed against Timmy for stalking his married Girlfriends teenage son at his place of employment (Subwey on Niagara Falls Blvd. at 5 corners) Niagara County Sheriffs showed up and made shure Chris Gurnett got in his car safely. A police report was filed a short time later.. Tim this is starting to be a pattern with you harassing people. One of these days you are going to mess with the wrong guy….!
