A Wheatfield man who was driving with an open beer in the front seat and had marijuana in his pocket was arrested on Sunday.
33-year-old Timothy Walsh was stopped after he was swerving on Niagara Falls Boulevard.
County Sheriff’s deputies said Walsh’s car smelled like pot and he failed sobriety tests. He stumbled when he tried to get out of the car and later denied a breath test.
He was arrested on charges of DWI and possession of marijuana, along with two traffic charges.
