The Soapbox with Craig Avery (April 11, 2012): Ryan McQueeney, WTS

Hydrofracking has been the talk about town, but does anyone really know what frackin’ is? (Sounds like an old Chicago song!)

Ryan McQueeny is a research/market analyst for Waste Technology Services, Inc. (WTS.)

Specializing in matching treatment and disposal technologies with specific waste materials, WTS was the first entity we contacted to sort out the emotions from the facts surrounding this issue.

Way to go Ryan for advocating the personal decision making process. I’ve been fortunate enough to not only get to know Ryan, but to also have spent some time with the amazing workers at WTS. These guys are the real deal and Niagara is fortunate enough to have them working hard to make a better, clean energy future. We need more people learning about the responsible effects of fracking so that we can dispel the ignorant and negative connotations. -CP

    Support NY Fracking!
It could lead to a WNY economic renaissance if properly conducted and supported by a fair regulatory framework that will allow energy and chemical companies to flourish while still ensuring the safety of well casings and disposal of waste water
