Tuesday 5th,
-6pm at NFFD HQ 3115 Walnut Avenue, just off Hyde Park Blvd.
-HPBPA monly meeting, on the agenda-Cornell Cooperative Extension of Niagara County is currently working on a worksite wellness initiative, and will discuss their initiative and overall goal to make Niagara Falls a healthier place.

Friday 15th,
-City of Niagara Falls hosts the Niagara Elders Excercise Loop (NEEL)at the John Duke Senior Center, 9:30am to 11:30am, contact Becky Brooks for more details. (see attachment)

Friday 15th,
-Nick Wallenda tightrope walks the Niagara River Gorge in front of the Horseshoe Falls.

Saturday 16th,
-NFPD will be hosting the Niagara Falls Police Law Enforcement Foundation Fundraiser at Lasalle Waterfront Park, 6611 Buffalo Avenue, NF NY, from 11am to 7pm. (see attachment for details)

Saturday 23th & Sunday 24th,
-Main Street BPA festival-HPBPA will have an active station selling fried dough, NEED… Our HPBPA Sign, and brochures, a tent 10×10, 2- (long) folding tables , chairs naturally, cooler large one or two small ones to hold dough. 3 workers pr. shift sat – 10-1, 1-5 and 5 til close one for cash, one to help me cook and one as a runner.. If we need more dough . same for sunday. two propane camp stoves ( I think It is what it is called) I will supply all dough,oil, powdered sugar, cinnamon, etc.
(bag of dough is $1.50 makes approx. 6 FD, sell for $2.00, sugar 2-bgs $ 6.00 both days, cinniamin, already have . oil is about $15.00 for both days. say we make 300 a day x2 at 2 = $1200.00 – minus cost of 100 bags dough, – 150.00 , – 15.00 oil – 6.00 sugar – 75.00 fee and 45.00 food permit. profit approx $900.00. we may even be able to reach out to our businesses and see if they will donate to the products.)

Saturday 28th, (tentatively)
-Working on Battle of the Bands, will need insurance certificate, & Earl states, after checking availability, I submitted a Facilities Use Request on behalf of the HPBPA for the use of Sal Maglie Stadium the Saturday of July 28th 2012 from 1pm til dusk. The Association must submit a proof of insurance certificate before the actual event can be held at the Stadium. (bandstand rental $500)

-Working on Cash for Kids, or bucket brigade for 2 occasions this Summer & Fall.
