Falls police are on the hunt for a teenager they suspect gunned down a South Avenue neighbor.
Officers responded to a shooting call just ater 6 p.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of South Avenue, just a few blocks from police headquarters. When they arrived on the scene, they found Luis Ubiles, 37, 1670 South Ave., with a single gunshot wound to his chest.
