Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the former Summit Park Mall on Sunday morning for a large water break inside the building.
The inside of the now-closed mall was flooded, with water about 4 to 6 inches in places, and was water was pouring out of the mall into the parking lot when deputies arrived about 9 a.m. A property manager said most of the store spaces were flooded.
