City council to tackle taking care of vacant lots in the city

The Niagara Falls City Council will be asked to approve the extension of a contract with the company that has been clearing vacant lots in the city in recent years.

    lower building requirements so that homes can be built. wave permit cost and eliminate property taxes for the first five years. ask utility companies to also perhaps lower / or suspend utility costs for a few years. i think there could be a market for small homes say 1000-1200 sq. ft.
