Mount St. Mary’s Hospital and Health Center recognizes volunteers for contributing more than 62,000 Hours of Service

Over 220 volunteers from Mount St. Mary’s Hospital and Health Center and the Our Lady of Peace Nursing Care Residence were honored at the Annual Volunteer Recognition Luncheon on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at the Niagara Falls Country Club. During 2012 more than 62,000 hours of service were given by volunteers at the hospital and nursing care residence to improve the lives of others. Volunteers represent the American Red Cross, Our Lady of Peace, Mount St. Mary’s Hospital, VanGo Drivers, St. Francis Guild, Board of Associates, and the Senior Companion Program.

The 2nd Annual Outstanding Volunteer Award in Honor of Ruth Woolery was presented to Mary Lou Brennan of Lewiston who has more than 21 years of service and was selected by her peers.
