Governor Andrew Cuomo addressed a packed house today at the Conference Center of Niagara Falls to put a spotlight on the signing of a development agreement between the City of Niagara Falls and developer Mark Hamister. Praise was sent in all directions as representatives of city, county, and state government shook hands, patted backs, and celebrated progress. OK, let’s keep up the support and welcome the ground breaking, constructions jobs, and applaud the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
