Paraplegic pleads guilty in random shooting case

A Niagara Falls man pleaded guilty Thursday to a random shooting outside his home.

Joshua E. Cline, who said he has been a paraplegic since surgery for a spinal tumor with he was two years old, was “wandering in his wheelchair” with a gun April 18, Deputy District Attorney Doreen M. Hoffmann said. No one was hurt in the gunfire.
