Landlord discovers tenants gone, copper and duct work stolen

A landlord in the 1600 block of Michigan Avenue told police Monday that he broke into his house after the tenants changed the locks and he found that they had moved out and trashed the place. He said the suspects had been his tenants for about four years and owed him rent money.
