The former Brennan’s Irish Pub, closed since last fall, has been sold at an auction for an estimated $175,000.
Initially the successful bidder was Mike Fox, who owns Niagara Jet Adventures in the village, but subsequently an agreement was negotiated to transfer the restaurant ownership to Claudia Andres and Nick Ricciuti, who will operate the business in a partnership. Cash Cunningham, a Buffalo-based auctioneer, conducted the proceedings with some 20 potential buyers in attendance. The restaurant was formerly owned and operated by Gary Brennan…
