Lewiston officials agree to charge Artpark for concert costs, price to be determined

Tensions rose during the Lewiston Town Board meeting Monday, but through the shouting and accusations, Artpark was granted access to the much-debated Modern Corp. tipping fees for another year.

With one stipulation, that is. Before Artpark receives its money from the town, a bill must be drawn up by the municipality to charge the nonprofit board Artpark & Co. for the town’s cost incurred during busy Tuesday and Wednesday summer concerts…
