Falls couple indicted in Jan 26 shooting

A Niagara County grand jury has indicted a Niagara Falls couple in connection with a shooting incident that almost left a 7-year-old child wounded.
The grand jury charged Michael Anthony Lorraine, 26, of 2455 LaSalle Ave., Apt. 1, and Dominque Nicole Ferguson, 28, 479 25th St., lower, each with attempted first-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment and two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Lorraine is also charged in a separate indictment with second-degree criminal mischief and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon in connection with an incident that led to the shooting…
