Former Fallside hotel redevelopment set to begin

Construction on a long-delayed downtown hotel project is set to begin in the coming weeks.

Faisal Merani, the Canadian developer of the Four Points Sheraton on Buffalo Avenue and the Holiday Inn downtown, said the demolition phase on his project at the former Fallside Hotel will soon begin and that construction crews expect to work through the winter on the eight-story hotel…
