A 25-year-old Youngstown man was arrested following a joint investigation Friday by the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team and narcotics detectives from the Niagara Falls Police Department.
State police said 3 kilograms of cocaine were seized from a home at 535 Fourth St. The cocaine was said to have a wholesale value of $90,000 to $100,000 and a street value between $250,000 and $500,000…
