On a platform of “Hope and Change,” a popular community organizer became a new Board member…. oops! that didn’t work out well for the other guy – scratch that intro!.
Ron Anderluh was elected to his first term on the Board of Managers of The Parkway Condominiums located at 151 Buffalo Avenue.  Anderluh, a familiar face on Niagara Street and all over town has lived in the Parkway for years and was anxious to get more involved.  He is relentless when he’s on to something, so watch out residents of the Parkway.
But not really, the building could arguably be the best residential investment in the City, and is run well to produce a quality living environment, secure, safe, and has killer views!
There are some 120 individually owned condominiums as well as medical and business offices all under one roof.  Fairwood Management provides operational management of the building including a 24 hour staff to handle maintenance, safety, and other building issues.  With new hotels going up nearby, a Tony Romas Restaurant, an arcade, and the removal of the Robert Moses Parkway in its backyard, The Parkway Condominiums is becoming the place to live in Niagara Falls.
Anderluh joins others who have had board experience with the property, assuring a balance of new ideas and experienced decision making.  As properties improve in Niagara Falls, so does our City.  Good luck to one of the Hub’s first real friends, Ron Anderluh!
