RAPPELLING FEARS: ‘Over the Edge’ challenge can be life changing

Brittany Mezhir was just 17 years old when she climbed off the roof and scaled down the side of the Seneca Niagara Casino.  It was so much fun that in just a few weeks, she’ll be doing it again.  

That first time, the Lewiston teen, her mom and two brothers scaled the 27-story building as part of “Over the Edge,” a fundraiser for the Special Olympics…
