In confession man says affair led to Town of Niagara shooting

Thomas M. Lasher shot a man New Year’s Eve because he believed his wife was having an affair with the victim, according to a signed confession read aloud in State Supreme Court on Monday.

Lasher wrote in the statement that he pulled out a gun from his van and shot Douglas K. Walck, 43, after losing a fistfight to Walck at the latter’s home in the Expressway Village mobile home park
