Ezra Scott Jr. to fill out Robert Anderson’s remaining term

The Niagara Falls City Council seat left open by the passing of Councilman Robert Anderson Jr. will be filled during the three-week interim between Dec. 9 and Jan. 1, when elected lawmakers take their oath.
