Image of the Day – May 4, 2016

This evening, at the Niagara Country Legislature meeting, I had the distinct privilege of honoring 2 remarkable women. I was joined by Legislator’s Wydysh, Grozio and Virtuoso to honor the first two female legislators in the history of Niagara County. Jean Borgatti, a democrat and Doris Hampton, a republican, both from Niagara Falls served on the county legislature in the mid 1970’s representing the city. It was fitting, with Mother’s Day this weekend that we had an opportunity to honor both women, with their families in attendance for their service to our county.
