Third Street’s downtown stretch has seen four new restaurants hoist signs in the new year and one that is being dramatically renovated.

And in a lot hidden behind an adobe-colored wall between Zaika Indian Cuisine and another former Indian dinner spot, behind an unlabeled blue door at 425 3rd Street, Niagara Falls Department of Community Development plans to retrofit a walkaway and adorn the exposed walls with murals…
