Niagara Falls revises vicious dog complaint system

Animal complaints in Niagara Falls, especially those pertaining to potentially vicious dogs, now will be handled through the City Clerk’s Office.

“Up until now, dog issues would be dealt with after an attack. What we’re trying to do here is identify potential problems,” City Clerk Lisa A. Vitello said.
