farmer,,,thats what everyone calls him he started the pizza oven in 1962 opened 7 days a week then plus had delievery (ONLY) makes pizza he opened 10 till 3 in morning back then and after so many years stop delevering and open 6 days a week,then after so many years open 5 days a week till 11 at night,then after 40 years or so in bussiness he close shop for 1 week vacation and when he reopend he said next year we gonna close for 2 weeks and only open 4 days a week so after another couple years he said lets close for a month and lets close at 9 so we did that for a few years then we started taking 2 months vacation and now 2 say we take 3 months off july,aug sept, and we open fri sat sun from 11 to 730 and when he says 730 we walk out the door,730 he is 78 now and hes the only one who makes the dough threw out the day and pizza at the end of the night he dont keep no let overs if theres dough left if no one wants it he makes bread for the birds if there is any left,i have worked there 26 years and love it when he retires im gonna have 2 find a real job
