Local and national law enforcement are worried about what they think was the first-ever meth lab found in the city of Niagara Falls.
Police arrested 27-year-old Pedro Jose Velazquez of A Street after making the discovery.
They uncovered the lab after being called for a domestic violence complaint.
Velazquez was caught at a supermarket after hiding out from police for days.
