A North Tonawanda grandmother was arrested Friday after letting her unlicensed 14-year-old grandson drive.
Susan A. Rees, 53, of Central Lane, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and multiple related charges.
